When Can I Book 2026 Walt Disney World Vacation Packages?

I get asked this question fairly often especially as we’re in vacation planning season!

As a refresher, a Disney Vacation Package includes resort accommodations and theme park tickets. Dining Plans are also only available for packages, so once those return (join my email list to be the first to know!) you can add those on as well.

The Walt Disney Travel Company typically releases package information and pricing around February/March for the following year. However given the unpredictability of the last couple of years, Disney could totally change their minds and release later. That’s why I’m always watching for those updates!

As of this blog post, 2026 packages have not been released yet. However, you can be added to my waitlist and be the first to be notified when 2026 Walt Disney World packages are available to book.

What about room only reservations?

You can definitely do that, however Disney recently changed their policy where room only reservations release at the same time as packages. The difference with room only reservations is that your deposit is the cost of 1-night of the stay rather than the $200 package deposit.

It’s still your best bet to get on my wait list to ensure you can get the room you want for your next vacation!
